Yes. ZackEyes is free, MIT licensed, and runs locally with no accounts or telemetry. It tracks Claude Code and Codex CLI sessions, approves permission prompts from the notch, and computes token cost locally from a bundled pricing table.

The published v0.10.3 Today row shows live token and API-price cost estimates. Since v0.10.0, Settings → Usage archives complete local days through yesterday, with tokens, estimated agent-hours and cache statistics. Include cached reads is on by default and can be switched off for totals, daily charts and rankings; the choice is saved. Daily token-chart hover details include a combined Total. It is not a historical subscription bill.

Usage history initially settles the last three completed days after 03:00 or at startup. Import older transcripts adds earlier available history; Import saved history migrates the previous ledger. Pause and Resume preserve committed progress across restarts. Deleted transcripts cannot be backfilled.

Concurrent sessions add agent-hours. Two sessions working for an hour count as two agent-hours. Timing is estimated from observed intervals, not a measurement of human working time; skipped source observations can leave it incomplete.

Since v0.10.0, enable Settings → Notifications → Answer questions from the notch for supported Claude choices. It is off by default and falls back after two minutes. SSH observation supports up to eight hosts with a prebuilt helper installed by a version-matched command (Linux/macOS, x86_64/arm64; no Swift toolchain required); remote requests remain in the remote terminal. Remote cards share the local presentation and show observed YOLO/AUTO policy badges and effort when supplied by the refreshed helper. For refreshed v0.10.3 packages, replace the app and rerun the helper installer even if the version number already matches.

No. Journal setup, publishing and scheduling are unfinished and planned for v0.11.0. Its public generation action is hidden and it is excluded from the v0.10.0 release.
